Put this all together is less than 15 minutes! Assemble it the night before or in the morning, and let the slow-cooker do the work! Cook it all day, or follow the directions below for shorter cooking times. Your whole family will love it!
*****
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs. Ground Beef
8 Large Potatoes (may substitute canned sliced potatoes).
1 Large Onion
1 Cans Cream of Cheddar (may substitute 3/4 lb. Velveeta, or other cheese that melts well, and one cup water).
2 Cups Beef Broth (may substitute water)
ÂĽ Cup Flour
¼ to ½ Tsp. Salt, according to taste
*****
Directions:
1. Brown and drain the ground beef.
2. While the meat cooks, slice the potatoes into 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices.
3. Dice the onion.
4. Put all the ingredients into the slow-cooker.
5. Set cooker on “low” and allow to cook for eight-to-ten hours. To shorten cooking time, start on “high” setting for the first two-to-three hours, turning to low for an equal amount of time, or until potatoes are tender.
Note: If you want this to be done SUPER fast, use canned potatoes and soften the onions by sauteing or microwaving until tender. Set slow-cooker on “medium-high,” and cook for two-to-three hours.

Yield: 8 to 10 serving. Add a green salad, crusty bread and serve sherbet for dessert!
